Refund policy
At poskincare.shop, we are committed to making sure you are in love with your skincare purchase! If you’re not absolutely satisfied, simply return or exchange new or gently used items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Period
Your return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange or gift card credit.
Return Conditions
•Items must be new or gently used.
•All kits, gift sets, and duos must be returned with all items in the kit in order to receive a refund or credit. We are not able to partially refund or credit an incomplete kit.
•Free samples and Gift with Purchase items are not eligible for return and are final sale. If your return box contains any of these items, you will not be refunded or credited any value for them. We are not responsible for shipping back sample items or final sale items.
Return Process
1.Please contact our customer service team via email at support@poskincare.shop, stating your order number and reason for return.
2.Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.
3.Return Shipping is free. We will provide you with a return label to ship your items back. Please box up your return and drop it off at your nearest USPS Post Office.
4.Returns must be received at our warehouse in order to receive a refund. Once we have received your items, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process.
Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot change the payment method for any refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact support@poskincare.shop.
•If your exchange item costs more than your original order value, you will receive an invoice to complete payment for the difference.
•If your exchange item costs less than your original order, you will be refunded the difference to the original payment method.
